I cannot embrace something that is not a part of me...

No matter how hard I try to understand its every concept,
I end up finding myself buried deeply in the web of broken dreams..

This is too sentimental..
I am talking about Mathematics..
particularly Statistics..
Last week, I took my midterm exams and (shameful as it is..)
I guess I'll fail..

Out of the 100point exam,
I have answered 40 point-items only..
that's two out of three parts..
yeah, i skipped the middle part which amounts to 60points
because i don't enjoy answering it..
yeah.. brat i am..
just because I don't enjoy something,
better to leave it..
anyway, back to it, i left that part..
blank as it was..

AND i exerted great effort in answering the bonus points..

I answered headband (talk about morphology.. head+band..hehe)

I answered 6.. (all the numbers are multiples of 4 except for it..) hurray!

i really need to study better this final term..

i finally made up my mind..
gotta have this column title..

grrr.. not that i don't have any other idea..
oh well, yeah..
no idea.. right..

ok.. what i'm talking about is my column for the soon-to-be-published pilot issue of The Forefront.. (GC's official school org..)
i was given a column under which i may write anything..
(errr.. anything? not everything? haha)

ok.. got to admit it..
i was given plenty of days to think of a topic..
but as things often go for me,
i did the article in the last minute..
the column was written in a rush..
as if beating serious deadline..
about life and death and all the boring details that go with it..
ahaha.. pathetic laugh..

i'll think of a better topic next time..
swear..
that's if they'll allow me to have a column again after that one lousy topic..

and then like how the article was written,
i also picked my column title in a rush..

and came up with La Sonrisa...
meaning smile..

i wish i could smile after our first issue is released.. :)
